For Customers in the UK and USA:

You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
2. Refund Process:
After receiving the returned product, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
3. Return Shipping:
For the UK, standard return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the product is faulty. For the USA, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
